AAAAAAAAAAAha.......you're yankin my chain! You've got two trucks that look the same......one of em, you keep clean........& the other one, you play in the mud with !!!!

Very nice truck indeed, the red and black scheme go well on the '06. Did the front bumper get broken or did you remove it to prevent it? Have you investigated if there are any aftermarket to fit yet or do you plan on building one?

I've been giving thought to a built bumper/skidplate/brushguard/grille/lightbar all in one and adding some rock sliders for my '06 once some of my chrome quits looking nice (or just pulling it all and boxing it up in good shape). Looking back, if I could do it again I would likely opt for the black trim because it is easier to build your own addons and have them match.

Those rims really brought the package together on yours too.

Only thing I might advise for a more finished look are the black plastic bedrail protectors from Ford. They match the texture and fit of the bedliner/tailgate cover and wrap the bed corners and line up perfect with the tailgate cover and they leave access open to the stake holes for anything you may need them for. I added them to mine.

They would look especially sweet on yours. The part numbers are 6L5Z-99291A40-AA and 6L5Z-99291A41-AA (they are sold individually for right and left and were $56 each at full retail but they sold them for $97 for the pair, tax included)

Welcome to TRS! Enjoy the party :icon_cheers:

Thanks for the complimants. :icon_cheers:

i put the body lift on, then went to the tire store to pick up the rims and tires. they insisted they put the rims on at the store and then we found out the bumper was just barely catching the tire when i turned the wheel so i took the bumber off and drove it home. then after trimming that lower valance a little, everything was good.

i dont know if they sell an after market bumper yet but im going to start looking soon bc it would be nice to get one plus mounting a winch to the front would be good too.

i agree about the truck bed. my father claims he is going to have the bed rhino lined for my birthday so im waitin on that but if he falls short on that i will be getting those bed rail protectors. thanks for giving me the part numbers.

i was kinda nervous about getting the black rims at first but as soon a saw them on my truck i loved them. i thing the chrome bead ring helps separate the black on the rim from the black of the tire. ive seen a lot of just all black rims didnt like how there wasnt any transistion from rim to tire.

Thanks for the welcome! i really like this site and there is a wealth of knowledge on this site that has already helped me a lot.
