My idea of a Shelby Ranger if there would have been one.


Just sprayed the hell out of the intake with TB cleaner.... Seems to be running better..
Also seemed to run better unplugging the MAF?????
 
multi, havent been on in a while. this truck looks immaculate.

you did an outstanding job on the black. black sucks trying to get it shiney without marks in it.

Just thought of something... I put a BBK TB on.. So does that mean the TPS needs to be adjusted???
 
I am begining to think the o2 is bad cause it runs decent until it gets hot then the CEl light comes on... The o2 starts working when it get hot from what I remember back in my mechanic days... :dunno: :dunno::icon_confused:

Thanks Bud! haven't done any burn outs yet.. Got some mechanical issues to fix first... I want her to have full power when I make that video!
 
Drove the truck to visit family.. Truck was a big hit with everyone... It seems to be running better the more I drive it.. CEL still comes on when it gets hot but If I turn off the ignition and restart it goes out and stays out til i shut i off and it cools back down..

Thanks Robert!! I just pulled the code.. It's 173 for whatever reason the o2 is rich and not switching... In would guess a new o2??
 
sounds like a bad o2 or a frayed wire on the sensor and its grounding out.

the o2 is cheap enough.
