Well the way things are looking I am at a complete stand still until I get some warmer weather... Atleast on painting. Really at this point the whole truck is at a stop. I need the headliner redone to put the rest of the interior in. I have to repaint the right door to be ale to put the guts in... I need new used door panels cause the PO cut the speaker grills to put sucky larger speakers in... I managed to tighten a few hand tight bolts and nuts that needed tightning.. You all know the tighten it down just enough to crank it up thing... So most if not all the small stuff is done... Any body know if I can turn the rear axle into a posi?
Also need to figure out what is popping in the front suspention and thinking on getting a urithane bushing kit for the whole truck although all but the core support are good...

The popping... when you did your beams, did you also do radius arm bushings? One of my Explorers needed RA bushings, and it would "pop" when I hit even a small bump.

Nope I didn't do the bushings.. they look to be in great shape and it didn't pop before.... When I put the beams in it threw the front end all out of alignment.. so bad I couldn't drive it to the shop to have it aligned... I didn't think it would be as bad as it is...
