My first ranger.

This is my first truck after I put the lighted visor on. Its a 1988 with the 2.9l and manual tranny. I bought it mainly for the 4x4 and hopes of good milage. Last fill up doing mostly country road driving I managed 20.7mpg. I bought it from a member of the forum that I am friends with. I have since hit a deer with it as you can see. This weekend I will post more pics with the headahe rack and off road lights set up for the ditch so I can spot the deer there and not in my grill.

I bought the truck in may with 108000 and now has 112000 on it. I really like it. the manual is touch and go but im gettin used to it so it aint so bad. Needs a lower 1st gear.

i miss my 86 it was a single cab long bed put a 6" lift and 33" tires and your good to go anywhere.

love2hunt1993 look up his post. you can see the truck with the fog lights and what she looked like before the deer incident. It currently has 30s and no lift. Needs it with those tires. Front rubs the wheel wells when you go off the beaten path and start using the suspension.
