My Birthday present.

Tomorrow is my birthday. So I took the day off (with pay) and I'm going to Pik-N-Pull with a pocket full of cash. Since I seem to be having horrible luck at finding at donor expo/mounty, what should I get if I find good donor. If nothing else I'll grab some interior stuff. The seats I got last time, smush against the back glass. Is there a better seat option for that issue? Also I have two sets of bucket seats free to who ever wants them.

Look for a King Ranch F-150 97-03 body for seats.

If you want the Explorer for a 5.0 swap buy the whole thing.

However in a JY it is VERY rare to see any leather seats that do not look like they have been attacked by a pack of rabid raccoons. I also suspect that KR seats will be too wide and the seatbacks too tall/thick to fit in a standard cab Ranger. No way they would go in mine.

IMO if you want buckets get them out of a standard cab Ranger. I tried two sets in mine (smaller cab) and ended up putting the bench back in. The bench isn't quite as comfy but not being up against the steering wheel has a comfort all of its own.

Anybody know if Escape seats would fit the Ranger tracks. Found a nice set of black and grey ones in great condition

I got a couple of good finds today.
1. Honeycomb Grill insert to make mine a proper EDGE Grill. I replaced the original with a regular chrome insert after an accident a few years ago.
2. White clusters from an automatic
3. Needles from a Mountaineer. (stole that idea from some one here on TRS.)
And some interior parts for my Corrolla from a Corrolla S

Turns out the Edge Grill I that I pulled isn't an exact fit. It's different across the top. I thought I pulled it off an 04. My truck is an 01 with an 03 replacement grill. I don't remember what the original looked like, but thought the 03 was exactly the same except for the insert. The honeycomb one I got seems to replace the top part that screws to the header. Are they all like that and I never noticed or was it a subtle change between 03 & 04?

Edit: Edge Grill was an 03, not 04. Grille was completely different in 04 from 03. So...I'm dumb
