I finally took pics of my 90 ranger, I bought it back in Feb. from the 1st owner. He works at the Dealer where he bought it new.No rust at all 
Future plans are swapping out the 2.9 for a 4.0 4x4 drivetrain, and paint and body work
This happened when I let my sister back it out of the driveway where she met the fire hydrant.
