My '88 Ranger GT

Never got around to sharing my GT so here it is. It is a Deep Shadow Blue / blue bucket interior, automatic, long bed with 4.10 lsd rear. Purchased it back in March from the daughter of the original owner. It had been sitting in their driveway for the last ~10 years after the original owner past away. I always wanted a Ranger GT and now I own one Anyone know when Ford ended production of the '88 models and change over for '89 models? Per my Marti Auto Works report for the truck it has a very late build date of August 24th of 1988 making it one of the last 1st gens built

nice. not sure what the date was, but know, that i know, that i know, it was laaaaate. I had my original on special order at that time. I would have to dig out my paperwork, but i didnt get it from the dealer till the 1st or 2nd weekend in Sept. the dealer told me that Ford was backlogged with '88 orders, so they were trying to fulfill them, and swap the plants over to the new front end at the same time....
