Mustang..... Not just a car. (Deer hunting)

Hauling deer around like that does nothing to improve the hunting image.

+1, that just gives the anti hunters that muchmore of a reason to try and close everything. And its a shame to haul anything on a Mustang like that. I kill cats that get on mine. You dont have any friends with a truck?

now leave it like that (with out the deer on it) and see how long it takes to get picked up for suspicion of murder .........

Ha. yea...funny thought to us.

You will 99% of the time see deer blood on the FRONT of cars, not the BACK.

That #3 is one Helluva picture. Too bad you had to strain your car that way. You couldn't wait to go hunting?! No friends with a truck?

Wow. Just wow. (And not in a positive way.)

i am not a hunter, and i have no desire to go hunting, ever. i have plenty of friends who hunt, and i have no problem with people who hunt, or people who don't like hunting, i can see both sides.

i would say i am a very neutral party, and these pictures are still a fucking riot to me, lol

mostly because its a car doing truck duty.. and i do that with my subaru impreza.. i've hauled 33" tsls in/on it (lol), i take it offroading, and i've filled the trunk with sand to do my driveway, i've had a motor in the trunk, a million things lol

We hang does or small bucks by the hind legs, never done around the neck.

I wear brown all the time when I hunt, with an orange vest I take off as soon as I get back to the truck.

I agree.

come on guys, ya i understand how it gives a bad image, but ya got to get it home some how. in the back of a truck or on a mustang (its still going to be the same dead deer). i think if i would of left it out in the field to rot, because i didnt want to put it on my car would give hunters a bad name, because that would be a big waste. any way all is good in the end, ive been enjoying some really good steaks and roast's lately.

haha, awsome. puttin that stang to use. i was behind a transam in the mcdonalds drive through last summer. and he had a dead deer bungee corded to teh roof on top of the t tops. pure awsomeness

you and the transam are what drags the sport down, and then you wonder why people don't appreciate your hobbies.

you should spray clear coat over it. i heard dear blood adds like 52.7hp. also puts some weight on the rear end for better traction.

how does that drag the "sport" down, because i dont have a truck bed to hide the gore?

People will just whine about it no matter if it was a pick up or a car. If they dont like it they should just turn their head and shut up. Hunting (for me anyways) isnt about a hobby. Its a way of life. Just let them ban hunting for a few years and see how the deer mulitply like rabbits till they cant drive down the street at night without hitting one and they will beg for someone to kill em. There are two ways to handle it, let the country make money on permits and everything else or let them spend money on government paid men to kill the deer. Either way someone has to do it. I have seen this exact same thing around here with beavers. They protect them to get their numbers up and before long they have to pay someone to kill them because there are so many they mess up everything.

Freakin wow. Everybody's gotta whine about something...

You have every right to hunt, and get the game home any way you can. If it's on the back of a mustang, so be it. You may get some heat, but it's all about the meat. Besides, waiting that extra day or two can mean the difference between getting a deer and not getting a deer.

The way the economy is going, I wouldn't give a shit what people thought about it. At least you can go out and provide food for you and your family without having to rely on the grocery store. If the economy keeps getting worse, maybe more people are going to start seeing the importance in hunting. Or maybe i'm just dreaming...:icon_twisted:
