I think it all depends on which 15" wheel will work. Just use a wheel that fits a Cobra and no problem of guessing. Not sure how they would work with the wheels the OP has. As far as the brackets hard to find, I think RockAuto has the Raybestos part FRC 10546 that includes the caliper and bracket.

i see that they have the caliper and bracket as a kit, but what about this bracket, that the capliper bracket bolts onto?

im guessing its a ford dealer or JY only kind of part, and its probably not cheap?
