Damn...I hope it does go public, and that the Arizona Parking Solutions (contractor w/ das boot) gets their asses handed to them. Any radio stations get involved yet? I can't stand those kind of businesses/contracting companies with that mentality.

I've been victimized like that in my old apartment complex for getting my truck towed from my own parking spot! It was their mistake BOTH times, I didn't wanna draw things out with the towing company for their admitted mistake, and just paid the towing fees both times.

Hope he sticks it to the schmuck hard.

If someone towed MY truck from MY parking spot ONCE someone would need hospitalization and a new tow truck (the first one would be beyond fixing)

a Friend shot up a towtruck that was trying to "repossess" his PAID FOR
and NEVER financed car from his private property driveway.

Seems that Towing company was a legit repossession towing
company, but they had a history of "reposessing" the wrong
vehicle then charging the owner for towing, impound fee
(whatever that was) plus how ever many days of storage
as it took the owner to FIND OUT that the towing company
had their car... Most people simply paid
