So after buying a house and sticking all my time into it, I kind of started neglecting the old Ranger. So today it got new oil, a wash, a clean engine bay, and the bars cranked some more.

Cool!! Neat Ranger. You and I have a lot in common. I tricked out my engine compartment on my 87 'Vett. I like that look!!! I have painted a lot of my buddies stuff under their hoods. I think it adds personality to our rides!!

Sweet, do you still have the Vette? I like it.

No. I bought it new in '88. I had to really think about selling it. I sold it to my best buddy's dad last year. He turned 70 and wanted a 'vette before he died. It turned 69,000 miles on it last year and he gave me a good offer on it. He only drives it twice a month...lol I put the money towards paying off the house. My wife and I drove that 'vette up to Mississippi, Alabama, and Tennessee a few times. It was a fast great handling car. It was not stock and I lowered it and added a bigger cam and cleaned and ported the cylinder heads and the fuel injection system was reworked. It was rated at 435 hp.
