I have a99 ranger I put in the drive train from a 98 mountaineer 5.0 awd I swapped all the wiring up front and behind the dash gauges,gem module exc. even the steering column but it has issues and i need to get it through emissions but it has a 1451 code all the wires are rite and theres no shorts ? plus the wipers don't work but the squirter does.help

po1451 is a evap issue, and no wipers is a classic gem module issue.
