Right now my 4cyl is about to die. Its gone through 2 totalled trucks and I beat the snot out of it by pulling huge loaded trailers and weekend mud runs. I just got everything around that I need for two different engine swaps. I have a 302 and a 4cyl turbo. They both run and I have everything to put both of them in. I only have one problem I dont know which one to put in? Im leaning more towards the 2.3 turbo but I havent made up my mind yet. I dont have to much time for my truck to be down and I want something fairly easy but makes good power. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

well, if time and ease of install is the priority, then i'd go with the turbo. it will make more power than your na engine for sure: maybe 20-30 more hp and 15-20 more lbs/ft torque. as you obviously use your truck to the max, i'd also use the time and money you save from the v8 swap and put in lower gears to get the most out of your engine. 4.56's if your tires are 30-33", and if you're lifted and running bigger, then i'd go 5.13's.
just my $.02.
