Got a 96 ttb truck im dailying, Wanting to pick up some more travel but not wanting to lift much if any at all. Would buliding a set of radius arms and doing longer shocks help with stock springs? thank you in advance for the advice.

I put Skyjacker levelling springs in my truck and had disconnect the sway bar. I was quite surprised to see how much it dropped when disconnected. Maybe some sway bar quick disco would help.

My thoughts for a my 87 Bronco II.
Raise coil tower 1.5" or use F-150 coil towers if they are taller.
E-250 radius arms are almost 3" inches longer and look like they may bolt up to my dana 28.
Relocate factory radius arm brackets or use F-150 radius
arm brackets mounted just under the body mounts.
1-1/2 softride coils with 1-1/2 ford spacers.
So i would end up with 3" lift springs but only gain 1-1/2 "lift.

since it was 4/20 i will overlook the dated post:D

but yes....the e or f 150 arms are some ancient shortcuts and effective.

shock mounts are key issues and you still want the radical camber bushings....

use of a dana 35 or ttb 44 will be the easiest. 28 is workable though.

I have a 2000 E-250 in the driveway the radius arms are heavy duty probably 1/4" stamped steel, they look very similar but the shock mounts on the inside.
