More Bronco hear say.

There was a huge enthusiast outcry when you couldn't get Sasquatch with a manual at launch. Folks made enough noise about it and Ford made it happen for the fanbase.

Looks like you upgrade to the "advanced 4x4' vs standard 4x4. Has an auto engage and with change the torque output to the various wheel? seems more like a fancy Part-time AWD system instead of a traditional 4WD system.

But I just checked and you can get a manual with it.

Suspension upgrade on all four corners... front axle upgrade and front locker... rear locker.... extra hero switch or two for off road modes (hardware and software I believe)... 35 inch tires... full factory warranty.

Yeah I'd take a pass on all that to save the 7300$. I simply don't need all the fanciness. All I would want is a rear locker, and whatever lift would be necessary to run some 33x10.5s without rubbing.

Do we know if the broncos rear axle is the same as the rangers yet? Being able to use factory parts by putting an e-locker from a Ranger may save warranty.

Same rear axle.

Front axle for most trims is the same too BUT sasquatch and i think badlands is bigger.

Black diamond has just a rear locker, i think they start around the same as a comparable Ranger. Factory 32" General Grabber AT3's with room to grow too.

Advanced 4wd is normal 4wd with an automatic setting, out black diamond will have it (easier transition for wife who is used to automatic awd)

Sounds like the price of the squatch package went up a bit. I thought it was right at $5K.

It's listed at $6,590, but it also required advanced 4x4 so in reality it's $7,385? You can't get the advanced 4x4 by itself so i'm not sure what's up with that.

You are forgetting about skid steer.

And those axles have lockers a available

Yes you can but only on certain trims. Our non squatch black diamond will have advanced 4wd.

If it was just for me... i would pass.

I'm hoping there's gonna be a way to wiggle the bigger front axle from the Bronco into the ranger.

dana has already been doing teaser ads for aftermarket stuff too. I think that will be a lot more interesting for the rangers than the bronco driveline

edit - they have more info now. rear 60 and a 44 front.

Yup. Lots of aftermarket options.

The factory upgrade...meh...depends.

I would be building super long travel....and about 6 inches wider over all with custom half shafts. Or beefy ttb.

Going to get into those hardcore Ultra 4 IFS parts?

I should be able to swap the rear gears "easy peasy" though since I have the e-locker.
