More Bronco hear say.


I'll change my mind 63 times between now and then I'm sure but as of now.... once buying a Bronco is as easy as buying one same-day off the lot... Definitely trading the ranger for a similarly equipped 2 door. I can just use the squarebody as my tow/haul rig once I get it fixed up. I didn't realize months ago that buying that thing would set me up for future Bronco ownership... Definitely ended up being a good purchase 😅

Went on the build/price tool... Jesus Murphy. A 2 door Bronco with a locking rear end and the 10 speed would cost almost 10k more than I spent on my truck -__-

You can add an electric locker to any ranger for 420ish dollars... costs 7300 or something stupid to add one to a bronco.
 
It really sounds like it added an entire package... Sasquatch maybe.

this is what makes me hesitate a bit. I'd be interested in getting this or a wrangler when my truck is paid off, but I can get a fully loaded wrangler for about the same price. Not looking for a wheeler, just something fun to DD and be able to take the top and doors off when I want. I might have missed a better options package, but the wrangler has better interior options at the same price point as far as i can tell

It is a pretty good hit on a base Bronco... but you also get a bunch. I really have a hard time thinking you can do everything Squatch aftermarket for any less... and you have no warranty.

I'd be looking for a refined DD and something the wife wouldn't be terrified to drive either. My truck is just too big for her to feel comfortable driving.

Besides 35"s what all else do you get with the sasquatch exactly?
 
Suspension upgrade on all four corners... front axle upgrade and front locker... rear locker.... extra hero switch or two for off road modes (hardware and software I believe)... 35 inch tires... full factory warranty.

According to MotorTrend
an electromechanical transfer case, locking front and rear axles, larger fender flares, additional suspension clearance, and heavy-duty Bilstein shocks. For better or worse, the package requires checking off the option box for the Bronco's 10-speed automatic transmission. Sorry, stick shift fans.

EDIT: this article mentions "WildTrak" so this could be the Australian version
 
I also believe matching fender flares... skid plate maybe... and I think an off road front bumper.

I'm a little rusty with all of it... my mind switched to older iron when I bought my project.

You can get a 7 speed manual Squatch for 2022... If I remember correctly.
