has anyone ever used any morana racing parts on their 3.0s? if so what parts and what type of results did you get?

What are you considering? I've seen a few guys with his roller rockers. They seem to be pretty satisfied. I'm considering his stage 3 cylinder heads, but it depends on the size of the tax return.

i was thinkin about the roller rockers or the cam, but i dont know if its really worth the money.

Well, if you've got the space, time, and know how to do the cam, I think that would be the way to go, and cheaper than the rockers too. But the roller rockers would give you pretty much the same gains, and be less work to install. You just have to pay more for the ease/convenience of install.

my trucks got a little over 200,000 on it now with an automatic so would it be best to wait till a rebuild .

Well, thats kind of up to you. At 200,000 miles, your valve springs are probably a little tired. Increasing the load with higher lift roller rockers could result in a broken spring or something similar. They could be just fine for awhile, until you get a chance to rebuild too. Your call.
