Mod a 4x4 to run lift spindles

Obviously this would void the 4x4 option, but I dont really mind that. just want the extra lift. From the looks of things it seems the front drive shaft, differential (cv's ect..), and i think i heard the 4x4 hubs need to be replaced with 2wd wheel bearings. Is there anything else that needs to be changed?

So you are tellin me you are willing to give up your 4x4 for some lift? Why not just get a 4x4 lift and have the best of both worlds.
