Which "miss" fault codes does it generate?

Has the fuel filter been replaced recently? A lot of people have had injectors go out which can cause a misfire/vibration/loss of power. The fact that the idle issues go away when warm could signal a vacuum leak as well.

Cylinder 6 was last month. And ive lost track of the others.

Today was cylinder 3 but that may be due to me playing with the plug wires while the motor was running.
