Missfire #6

Cylinder 6 is misfiring but has good compression, fuel, and spark. "Newly Remaned" engine with less than 4,000 miles and no other cylinders misfiring. Intake gaskets maybe or something related to vacuum?

Are you sure the injector is firing?

Tore the intake off and after inspecting the cam lobes, rocker arms, push rods, lifters, and all that, I'm not so sure the injector is pulsing properly. I'll try switching it and see if the missfire follows the next cylinder.

If you're that far in it's not hard to pull an injector and test it.

I bought one of those cheap cleaning kits that come with a couple different sized nozzles and used a can of carburetor cleaner. A 9v battery will reliably activate the injector. At least long enough to spray through it.
