misfire need help

K im getting misfire codes on my 05 ranger fx4 the problem seems intermittent but my check engine light stays on. i hook up code reader and the freeze frame says fuel system #2 fault CL. anybody have any suggestions on where to start.

check your plugs/wires.

first check the spark plug wire on the passenger side by heater, commonly it comes off doesn't stay on all the way

Did that ohm'd em all out the were all close to the same between all of them being i dont have a tech manual on specs for continuity or high resistance. i have checked and re gapped all plugs. checked for vac leaks and air leaks around the plenum. everything leads me to believe its an injector problem but just looking to see if anybody else has encountered this same problem. I am not big on just changing parts at something. thanks for the replies if somthing else crosses your minds hit me up
