friend needs a new volkswagon.

heavy audio equipment, needs a high output.

2.0L engine
03 Volkswagen beetle

looking for a compatible alternator, such as there are higher outputs than stock ranger alternators that just bolt on.

thanks for the help!

Have him take it to a rebuilder and have it custom built. He is using caps for the heavy draw stuff, right?

she's running an alpine type x, and to what she says, 1000w rms. thinks 2g amp wiring kit, has even tried 0g alternator wiring. and headlights still dim. no capacitor, is this an actual appropriate time for a capacitor?

yes, this is the appropriate time for a capacitor.

what kind of capacity should she be looking for? any specific features in a capacitor she should be looking for? materials? etc?
