Mirror Swap

I have a 91 ranger that has the big wing mirrors that bolt at the top of the door and half way down the door. My question is can those be swapped out for any other model mirror? Thanks
 
My truck has the stupid little sports car lookin paddles. I hate the things. So yeah you can get different mirrors, but you'll have a couple extra holes in your door.
 
changing the mirror is your choice. its pretty easy for modified
 
I guess what i want to know is if one of the other mirrors would bolt on to the holes where the top of the big wing one is currently?
