im looking for some wheels with the least amount of backspacing possible to go on my ranger so that it can have a really wide stance, but on the internet all i can find 3.75 inches and these are quit a bit pricier than 4 inch backspacing, and i could have sworn less schwab said 4 inches was the minimum, but im not certain. does anyone know wher i could buy wheels with less than 4 inches backspacing?

3.75" bs is common. Your stock wheels have about 4" bs, so aftermarket wheels with 4" won't make it any wider unless you're getting a wider wheel. Keep trying the off-road parts houses. A lot of the newer aftermarket wheels have a GM-type offset which means way more backspace than you need on a Ranger. You could get spacers but I'm not a fan of them.

American Eagle, or Eagle Alloy, and Mickey Thompson both have 30mm offset wheels in 15x8.

also a 15x10 rim with the 4" BS will be a lot wider stance than a nice 15x8 rim with a 3.75BS

So are we saying here that the 4" BS is OEM or is the 3.75" ?
