Did you check the u-joints on the driveshaft? Could be the source of your... pulsating. No homo.

And last time I was under there all the u-joints looked solid. I shook the rear driveshaft and it didn't move. I'll take another look tomorrow but I think it's the rear brakes, not sure if my e-brake works properly.

Mike mine kinda was doin the same thing when I first started driving it... Have you checked to verify no codes?

I haven't checked to see if they are any stored codes. I'm pretty sure it is a brake thing though.

Today I cleaned the blue off my tires. I also got my mirror on the windshield, I just super glued the new tab to the old one. The autoglass shop next door to the dealership just gave me the tab I needed. I also installed one new high performance halogen headlight bulb. You know, to compare them and to match my one brake hose:icon_rofl:

I also ordered myself a Flowmaster Delta 44 today. It has a 2.25" inlet so I'll have to make some modifications to make it work.

I also ordered a new water pump through work and am going to order a stereo pigtail so I can put my JVC in this truck and get some tunes going.
 
So I drove the truck to work today, seems to have some sort of weird sensation of a pulsing under light acceleration. But I got one front brake line changed, damn NAPA got me two of the same side. Driving it to work again tomorrow to change the transmission shift modulator at lunch. Hopefully that should solve the SLAM into reverse and the sloppy 1st-2nd shift. Seems to hunt a bit for the right gear.

Seriously though, I hoped you check/checked the ATF level before ordering trans parts, sounds like low fluid to me but I could be wrong

Water pump puked hardcore, real ugly mess underneath it.

Thinking about everything else to do at the same time. I'm thinking new coolant, thermostat and belt. The belt on there looks OK, but belts are cheap. Be a good time to install a block heater if it doesn't already have one (just sans cord).

Thought about it, next season I'll go out to the salvage yard and pull one off a Taurus, for now I'm just going in to remove and replace.

A also picked up a tube coupler because I ordered myself a Flowmaster Delta 40. Should be n soon, I'm going to pull my exhaust of at the cats and change my trans shift modulator with the pipe out of the way. Then I'm going to build my exhaust on the bench and stick it in. Should be a good day.
 
Ordered up all the stuff for my water pump job, now just need to find the time.
 
Scored a free 8" sub today! Time to start channeling gwaii and do some master fab work and build a center console:D
