metal to metal

so i got a lift kit about a year ago. it was all goin fine for a few months until i started hearing a loud metal to metal sound on the front end of my truck when i go over a bump. any ideas what it could be? ive been told possibly my bushings are bad.

Could be a lot of things. We need more details, is it 2 or 4wd, what type of lift, suspension of body?

easiest way to check is have someone jump on the front end and see if you can trace the sound.
