Merkur air intake in a ranger.

Hello,

I have the ranger running again, however i am wanting to gain some more power. I have dumped alot into the truck at this point, so I am looking for reasonable upgrades. Kunar has a scorpio intake for sale, and wondering if anyone has ever put one on a ranger and what increases is may have done for them? Also may need some help on the fab.

Will it be worth my time and money?

the scorpio intake should bolt to the lower intake just fine, you might need to rethread one hole in the ranger lower intake though. The gain from swapping this intake is minimal it just looks "cool", I wouldn't think it to be worth much of anything, I have also heard that the throttle position sensor is different and is considerably more expensive.
