im thinking of added some meat on my b2 whats the biggest size tire without looking to crammy you can fit that doesnt rub sitting stock? i will have the front leveling springs so itll have a little more room..

I'd go for 31s.

My choptop was a stock 2wd when I got it (aside from rear air shocks - the cheap kind, and the chopped top) and it fit 31's nicely.

My 89 Eddie Bauer that I fixed up and sold barely cleared 30's.

My 88 Eddie Bauer has only had stock tires on it so far. 31's would deff rub unless you massaged the fenders some in the front.

A 2" suspension lift can be had for cheap and would let you clear 31's (you may still have to do some minor mods to the front fenders). It would consist of either springs off a 4-door Explorer or F-150 spring perches up front (see tech pages) and a Belltech 6400 chevy drop shackle for the rear (lifts ours 2"). Then you'd just need tires and an alignment. New spring perches and the drop shackle will add up to about $100.

Not that I'm advocating body lifts, but if you do the suspension and a 3" body lift and massage the front fenders you can clear 33's.

If you do a bunch of fender mods (front and rear) you can clear 33's with no lift.

You're going to want to watch your gear ratio as well. You'll want 3.73 or 4.10 for 31's and 4.10 or 4.56 for 33's. You can turn them with a smaller gear, but it will not pick up very well when you're trying to get on the freeway.
