Mass air flow sensor ?

I have a 92 Explorer w/4.0L. Is there a way to diagnose the Mass air flow sensor is good or bad with a multi meter?

Well idk if u can do that. but mine was acting up, so i took it out an cleaned it, an now its running like a champ.

Just pull it out, it shouldn't take more than a couple minutes. Then (or before you pull it out) get some MAF Cleaner, clean her up and put it back.

I found it under the tech. library(sp) here on the ranger station.Left hand side - scroll down to the "intakes" and click on "cleaning the MAF". Hope that helps.
