Manual transmission fluid

I am looking for the right manual transmission fluid for my 1986 bronco II with a fm145? I recently purchased AMSOIL ATF Multi vehicle trans oil it was recommended by a friend. Has anyone used this AMSOIL in there transmission? Can anyone recommend the right transmission fluid for my bronco II

The FM145 is old school enough to use 80/90 gear oil.
