I have an 86 2.0, what do I need to do to convert to power brakes? Can I just buy a booster, vacuume line and check valve and bolt it all up? Or is there more to it?
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.:icon_idea:

It's best to find a ranger in a salvage yard that has the booster, you'll need the brake pedal (different pedal ratio than a manual brake pedal), the push rod from the pedal to the booster, the booster it self (core ?), while your at it a reman master cylinder for power brakes, and get the brake lines that go from the master cyl to the purporting valve (might probably have different ends on the master cyl side), that should do it.
