I'm getting intermittant code 453. Didn't get until I went from 14" tires to 16" tires. Haynes book no help.
 
p0543 is the FTPsensor (fuel tank pressure sensor) high voltage detected. The PCM monitors the EVAP control system FTP sensor input signal to the PCM. The test fails when the signal average jumps above a minimum allowable calibrated parameter. So, it has nothing to do with tires. Best to have this tested professionally as to not waste a lot of time and money.
