has anyone made they own hitch on their ranger? if so, how i was thinking of making one for my ranger but not sure if i should.

I made one, and it was the best thing I ever did. I have to make a new one to match the 3" body lift, but it is very doable.

that is a beautiful hitch, I wish I could make one as good as that for my 96...

Here the one I made for my 91, it goes in place of the rear frame crossmember and bolts to the same bolts that hold the rear shackle hanger on.
