I couldn’t find replacement Eddie Bauer emblems for my bronco 2 but I still had the rectangle chrome/plastic parts that surrounded them. While labeling wires in a controls cabinet at work I figured out that brother label makers have an app where you can upload and image file. One quick screenshot later I had the correct font. Some interference fit plexi glass I trimmed off of scraps we had in the shop really made them look close enough to factory!
here’s a pic of the end result it’s not perfect but it’ll do from 20 feet! if anybody wants to know more about how to make their own, shoot me a message on here. Hope y’all like it!

agreed, but I got to ask a dumb question - how different are the Eddie Bauer emblems on expeditions or explorers or other Ford vehicles... I saw 2 red side by side expeditions both eddie's and several other eddie's (explorers, expeditions, etc ) scattered throughout the 'yard a couple days ago and all of em look to have identical badges to the above pix.

This is an old article on submitting a tech article.

No idea, the ones I grabbed out of a BII had tan backgrounds though.

They are black the originals were tan on the b2’s

Well this raises a question then.. I saw a thread here (on TRS) where a guy took the badge apart (lots of heat) and repainted the interior from the backside (thread was called "changing" the color something - he made em red) - talking the blue oval on the grill/tail that always looses the blue in 3rd+ gen. Are the originals eddie badges or the 'yard donor expedition/etc 2 piece like that where a guy could peel em open and change the black to tan?
This isn't the right thread (couldn't find it in google), but same general idea:

It’s pricey- but check fleabay, Ive seen all sorts of emblems there, even ‘70’s ford full-size stuff. (yeah, thats all ford really had then, the courier is a mazda in my book)
