Making a list, Checking it twice...

My wishlist is a GPS navigator.

Except the one I picked up is pissing me off (TomTom ONE XL). Nice user interface, nice display, but the routes it makes aren't very good, especially in the mountains. It doesn't know the difference between a two-lane mountain road with a 45 MPH speed limit and a one lane with blind corners and a 15 MPH speed limit. The maps have a LOT of errors in them as well, mainly connecting nearby roads that aren't actually connected.

So maybe the <$200 price range isn't right. Dang.

If I start thinking about my to-do list (TDL) I'll be curled up into a ball sucking my thumb.

My want-to-do list (WTDL) = 1/TDL.

To Do:

• Finish parting out the Ranger
• Stop working so much (reason above is not finished)
• Mount toolbox and build winch mount on trailer
• Build cab rack for lightbar on Dodge
• Build snowplow wings
• Rebuild the trans in my Dodge
• Find a HP D60 and 14FF/begin rebuilding

Wish List:

My truck related plans are to cut my motorhome, put a diesel and a 4x4 axle in it and sell my crewcab for a small POS car to drive around. Have all the parts, just need to get Christmas over with so all the presents Mrs. Clause is storing are gone.

Then I have a Ranger cab I want to put on my B2 chassis, and build a little flatbed.

I'm hoping to get the foundation and slab done for my new barn as well.

And I have my frames, stem and transom done for my 26' boat. I need the weather to be warm so I can mix glue outside though.

Busy year coming I think.

5.0L swap, dana 44 swap, and change the interior colour to black, and some new rims and tires.
