Making a grill Guard

Making a brush guard for my 88 rranger, just wanting to know if anyone ha any pics of grills yall made so i can get an idea, not sure if i should hook its up to my bumper, or make a new bumper out of like some 3-4inch pipe and hook that to my frame, and if so, how would yall hook it to yalls frame ( so that if needed i could remove.)

Yea I was wondering the same. I want to build a bumper for my 88 as well so take pictures!!
