MAF/MAP Question

Did Ford ever offer the dual plug head with a speed density system? Basically I'd like to convert a MAF equipped dual-plug to a speed density system and don't know if it's as simple as switching the sensors and doing some repinning or if I'd have to snag a whole different computer.
