m5r1 info needed

Does anyone know what the torque specs are for the nuts on the mainshaft & the countershaft in the Mazda 5spd? I`ve searched for that and a service or repair manual for some time now with no luck.

I have a original Ford manual that says Output shaft locknut 160-203 ft lbs.Counter shaft locknut 94-144 ft lbs.

Just as a quick note watch that 5th gear its easy to put in backwards bench shifts fine then pops out in the car.My book showed it one way and it went the other.The recess on one side fits over the closest gear
