Had the toughest time trying to find a transmission for my truck and then one day BAM!!! I went to the “local” junk yard
(1.5 hours away) and I found not only one but I found 4 of them!
All of them are 5 speed manual.
1. Rebuilt 94 ranger 4.0 4x4
2. Low mile 03 ranger 4.0 4x4
3. Low mile 95 ranger 4.0 4x4
4. Low mile 97 ranger 4.0 4x4
Had originally gone to the yard for a transfer case for my brother, but ended up spending the day in the junk yard!

All those on top of the one I drove 4 hours to get last month when I couldn’t find one at all!

Paid $100 each for them and I’m using the 95 trans in my 93 this weekend as long as the rain doesn’t ruin it!

Probably not .... my family and I are a bunch of ranger enthusiasts and we hold on to them lol sorry man

I assume that's NOT incl. the Transfer Case?... how much are those by themselves, at such a "dream" U-pull-it yard??

No unfortunately that’s not including the case. The transmissions by themselves are $75 each with a $10 core.
Transfer cases are $100 with a $15 core.
I haven’t been back to see if they had any more simply because of COVID-19.
