M5OD question

Ok cool. Here's another straight forward question. And yes I have read through the tech library and posted up another thread but still the question remains.
Will an M5OD replace my A4LD with no problem. Other than the floor pan/shifter plate. It will bolt up fine to engine (2.9) and transfer case (BW1350M) and Everthing else without an fabrication or hassle.

OK I'm not a mechanic and this info is from older motors [60's/70's] but should still apply.
There is a bushing/bearing in the crankshaft that will need to be installed for the manual.
You'll have to figure out how you're going to install the clutch pedal, I don't know if you can re-use your original column/pedal support while adding a clutch pedal, you may have to r+r that with one from a rbv that already has a manual trans.
The trans may be a different length, so you may have to lengthen shorten driveshafts and move cross-member.
A little more research is in order!

Pilot bushing goes in the flywheel on a 2.9L.

M5OD and A4LD are both the same length.
There MIGHT be a difference in the t-case shifter between the M5 and A4 if you have a manual case, though I can't recall for sure (if there is, it may be minor enough you could just modify it a bit and get it to work).
