I have a 1990 Ranger LWB, Standard Cab, 4.0 2WD. I have replaced the Coil Springs, and rear Leaf Springs, all four Shocks, ball joints, everything else was fine. My truck drives great 80mph it's stays straight no vibrations like new, but hit a bump or turn a corner and it will sway like crazy. It seems like the springs are not stiff enough, but I have hauled several things, the truck seem to handle the load well. The frount coil springs are standard TRW stock replacements, the rear are aftermarket 5 leaf, not the OEM 4. With the truck parked you can jump on the bumper and the truck does not bounce much, but if you pull on the bed, the truck will sway like crazy, side to side.
What can I do to stiffen the suspension in this area?
