Ls1 ranger pre runner

Searching the web I could not find hardly any info on a. Ls1 swap in these little turds so I will just post up my progress as I go to try to help another poor sole! Any questions or input. I had to cut out more than 3/4 the fire wall and about 6 inches of the lover valace

It's fun. Holley makes an excellent swap oil pan that will save you cutting the frame up, but it sounds like you've already passed that point. Exhaust is tight, the steering shaft passes between the 3 and 5 headers tubes on mine. Had to rework the alternator/PS bracket to clear the steering gear. I'm going to guess your pump is going to land right on top of the steering gear, you might want to check that. Or use F-body accessory brackets. Which route are you going for a trans?
