i want to lower my truck, but i dont have alot of money since im still in highschool, what is the cheapest but still safe way to lower it, and no one better say cut the springs, if you think thats safe you need to rethink things lol

Glad to hear your smart enough not to cut the springs. Ive heard of people doign the axles flip from the outside of the springs to the inside, but as Im not a fan of lowering I wouldnt be positive. There was something about reversing the shackles too, as for the front im clueless.

i thinking **** lowering it i got the truck for free so i will the what i want to it and maybe when i get more money worry about lowering it, but i also got friends that own blacktop customs, and i know they will give me a deal

you can easily drop the rear by flipping the shackle hangers, and its free.

That was actually gonna be my suggestion.

If i remember right those hangers are actually riveted on and the rivets must be grinded down and punched out, then replaced with bolts.

Costs a grand total of about 10 bucks. It should make the rear sit about level with the front too, give or take a little.
