Low oil pressure on cold mornings

Hey guys. I have a 1999 Mazda B-3000 club-cab with an automatic trans. and the tow package. I'm currently having a problem with the oil pressure gauge reading low when the engine is started on cold mornings (less than 35 degrees or so). The gauge will move slightly and read low for about 3 or 4 minutes, then jump suddenly to full pressure. The engine does not smoke, nor are there any unusual noises (no rapping, knocking, ticking, etc.). The truck currently has 5w-30 oil in the crankcase. Frequent oil changes don't seem to be making any difference (three oil changes in as many months). The engine seems to be running and performing normally. The truck is in pretty good shape and has 80,000 original miles. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I would not worry about it , how many months of the year is the temperature 35?

Are you relying on the stock gauge? I finally put in an aftermarket gauge and realized the stock one was lying to me and is crap. If you do a search of this site you should confirm this.
