Low idle when cold

Coolant temp sensor? Dunno why I didn't think of it before, engine thinks it's warm even when its cold?

That makes a lot of sense. My temp gauge never gets above 'C'. It starts slightly below it, and when it warms up, its right at the top of it - so it moves - but it never gets into the 'normal' range.

I know that's the opposite of what you said, but its just a symptom that may be caused by a bad sensor, and the bad sensor would make it idle stoopid while its cold.
