Yes. Swap the sensors over as you do the engine swap.

If the 95 doesn't have a dis you need to swap that too.
 
Other option is to remove any additional pollution control stuff on the 95 and pull and use the sensors ( and pollution stuff) from our 93 engine, a little simpler then re wiring and computering. This is what I did when I put the 94 Explorer engine in my 91 Ranger, used 91 exhaust manifold ( no EGR) put a Chevy mechanical fuel pump block off in place of the EGR on the intake side and since I have no cam position sensor just left it in but not plugged in, works great and mileage is good. ( 91 computer )
 
Oh and I think he means yes you can use the same computer. Adsm08's answer confused me 'cause I just glanced at it so that is why the long post above.......
 
thanks guys . I just got the a complete harness and computer so I should be able to swap complete motor and computer right ? I HOPE ANYWAY
