having an issue going into reverse and drive on my 95 ranger 4x4 with 4r44e trans. it seems there is play between the shifter and shift arm on the trans. i disconnected it at the trans and can pull it back and forth about an inch. any ideas on where to look? :icon_confused:

got it fixed. dropped the column tonight and found the bushings for the shift shaft were pushed out. one round of electrical tape cured the looseness....all working good now.
