Looking for wire diagram or help or both

Hi I'm doing a motor swap on my 99 4.0 super cab 4 door ranger.
I'm putting in a 02 sohc 4.0 in
The problem is there are a few connections I'm not to sure about.

One is the doors. On the drivers door there is a connector that runs all the way to the middle back of the cab to a Keyless Entry Anti Theft Module?? At least thats what it looks like, the previous owner had taken off the sticker and put a subwoofer in the back so im assuming that is it.
What do i need to wire in the 02?


The second is there is wires and a connector that runs down the middle of the of the floor. It looks like it is for the speakers, third brake light, maybe door ajar sensor,
My question is does that connector plug into another module or can i just splice it into the existing 99 wiring?


Please help i cannot find any wire diagrams for both trucks

I ended-up buying the wiring diagram / trouble shooting book for my 98 Ranger off ebay. It is over 100 pages of wiring diagrams!!!!!

You can find most here, but takes some getting used to in order to understand. Not like old-fashioned vehicles.
