I am looking for shop in New Jersey that can do a V8 Swap for me in my 1994 Ford Ranger 4.0L with 4x4.. Can someone please point me in the right direction.

First: Can that be legally done in NJ?

Yes. There is no inspection at all for anything before 1996 in Nj. No safety, no emissions, nothing.

Even 1996 and newer only needs to pass a very basic obd2 systems check, they don't care what engine is in it as long as the computer says its running good. NJ is not C.A.R.B state.
