Looking for Discounted Ford Premiumcare ESP Extended Warranty in Florida

Anyone find a Ford Dealer in Florida offering discounted Premiumcare ESP extended Warranty? Several dealers (Granger, Flood Etc) offering deeply discounted premiumcare plans cannot sell them in Florida.

I bought the ESP Extended warranty through Granger. I live in California and they can't sell the warranty with a CA address either. I gave them my brothers address in KS. I stay there a lot, so I consider that valid. Many people do this with no problem.

The record for the ESP plan at the dealer does not have the address. It just shows the VIN and you should have no problem using an out of state address to purchase the Granger or other ESP Extended warranty online.
